It has been such a fun year of music-making in our Kindergarten classes! It’s now time to wrap things up as the school year comes to a close.

Here’s a quick guide so students can keep developing their music skills during the December holidays! 😀

1. Listen to loads of music – any genre that students enjoy listening to!

2. Keep it fun, no pressure!

3. This is the best time to develop musical skills which can only be acquired through daily practice and listening.

4. Why music? Scientific research proves that through music (particularly singing), children are able to improve language skills, as well as so many other skills! (a topic in our next post)

5. Download the FREE Songbook that contains all of the songs we have learnt this year (link above for PCs; below for mobile browsers)! Save into your device or cloud drives and access anytime! Encourage the children to do the actions along with the singing!
